The Reina Nacional de Belleza Miss República Dominicana 2007 pageant will be held on October 27, 2006. This year only 18 candidates are competing for the national crown. The chosen winner will represent the Dominican Republic at the Miss International 2007 and other small international pageant which was held in Tokyo.

The rest of the finalists entered different pageants.

The Miss Universo Paraguay 2012 pageant was held on May 18, 2012. Alba Riquelme, Miss Universo Paraguay 2011, crowned her successor Egny Eckert at the end of the event; she was the Paraguayan candidate for the 2012 Miss Universe pageant. Elected to represent Paraguay at Miss World 2012 was Fiorella Migiore, for Miss International 2012 was Nicole Huber, and for Miss Earth 2012 was Alexandra Fretes. The pageant was broadcast live on Telefuturo.

Miss Earth 2013, the 13th edition of the Miss Earth pageant, was held on December 7, 2013 at the Versailles Palace in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, Philippines. Tereza Fajksová of the Czech Republic crowned her successor Alyz Henrich of Venezuela at the end of the event.

The Nuestra Belleza Paraguay 2013 pageant was held at the Yacht & Golf Club Paraguayo on June 27, 2013 to select Paraguayan representatives to the 4 major beauty pageants. Egny Eckert, Miss Universe Paraguay 2012, Fiorella Migiore, Miss World Paraguay 2012, Nicole Huber, Miss International Paraguay 2012, and Alexandra Fretes, Miss Earth Paraguay 2012, crowned their successors, Guadalupe Gonzalez, Coral Ruiz, Marta Raviolo and Karen Duarte, respectively. This is the first time that the pageant was broadcast on LaTele, with new franchises holders, Salvador Mass and Isabel Mussi, and with a new name, 'Nuestra Belleza'.

The Nuestra Belleza Paraguay 2015 pageant was held on September 21, 2015. Sally Jara, Miss Universo Paraguay 2014, crowned her successor Laura Garcete at the end of the event; she was the Paraguayan candidate for the 2015 Miss Universe pageant. Elected to represent Paraguay at Miss World 2015 was Giovanna Cordeiro, for Miss International 2015 was Mónica Mariani, and for Miss Earth 2015 was Myriam Arévalos. The pageant was not broadcast live for the first time in a long time.

Miss Universe 2015 was the 64th Miss Universe pageant, held at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States on December 20, 2015. This was the first edition of the pageant to be held under the ownership of WME/IMG, which purchased the Miss Universe Organization from Donald Trump on September 14, 2015. Consequently, it is also the first Miss Universe event to be aired by Fox and Azteca as the pageant's respective English and Spanish broadcasters instead of NBC.

The Miss Universo Paraguay 2016 pageant was held at AwA Resort on October 1, 2016, to select Paraguayan representatives to 3 major beauty pageants: Miss Universe, Miss International and Miss Supranational. It was broadcast live on SNT.
For the first time in the history of this pageant, the event was held in Encarnación City, 365 km away from the Paraguayan capital.

The Reinas de Belleza del Paraguay pageant was held at the Gran Nobile Hotel on September 2, 2017, to select Paraguayan representatives to four major beauty pageants: Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International and Miss Earth. It was broadcast live on Brazilian channel TV UP.

Miss Earth 2018, the 18th edition of the Miss Earth pageant, with the theme "Goddesses of the Earth", was held on November 3, 2018, at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. Karen Ibasco of the Philippines crowned her successor Nguyễn Phương Khánh of Vietnam at the end of the event. This is the first time Vietnam won the Miss Earth pageant, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. On October 20, 2018, Miss Earth announced in their Facebook page that the winners of Eco-Video and Eco-Media Award winners automatically fast-tracked to the Top 18; the two delegates who earned two spots through the preliminary panel of judges and by the votes of social media.

There will be two groups of candidates: Miss Universe/Earth candidates; and Miss World/International candidates.

Miss Grand Paraguay is an annual female beauty pageant based in Asunción of Paraguay, founded in 2017 by Gabriel Roman of MGM Productions, aiming to select the country representatives to compete in various international pageants including its parent pageant, Miss Grand International, in which Paraguay won the main title once in 2018, by Clara Sosa of Asunción, and was placed among the Top 20 semifinalists three times in 2017, 2019 and 2022 by Lía Ashmore, Milena Rodríguez and Agatha León, respectively.

Miss Grand Paraguay 2017 was the first edition of the Miss Grand Paraguay pageant, held on July 29, 2017, at the Agustin Pio Barrios Theater in Japanese Paraguayan Center. Sixteen candidates competed for the title, of whom Lía Duarte Ashmore from the Guairá Department was named the winner, and later represented Paraguay at Miss Grand International 2017 in Vietnam, where she was placed among the top 20 finalists.

Miss Grand Paraguay 2018 was the second edition of the Miss Grand Paraguay pageant, held on June 9, 2018, at the Theater of the Americas, Paraguayan-American Cultural Center (CCPA) in Asunción. Fifteen national delegates, either determined through the regional pageant or through central casting, competed for the right to represent the country at Miss Grand International 2018, of whom the representative of Asunción, Clara Sosa, was elected the winner. She then participated in the international contest in Myanmar, where she won the title, making her the first Paraguayan candidate to win the Miss Grand International pageant.

Miss Grand Paraguay 2021 was the 4th edition of the Miss Grand Paraguay pageant, held on July 3, 2021, at the Hotel Guaraní in Asunción. The contest featured twenty-two candidates, either chosen through regional pageants or through central casting, competed for the title, of whom the representative from Colonias Unidas, Jimena Sosa, was named the winner. She then represented Paraguay in the Miss Grand International 2021 pageant in Thailand, but got a non-placement.

Miss Grand Paraguay 2023 was the 6th edition of the Miss Grand Paraguay pageant, held on April 2, 2023, at the Paseo Events Center, Asunción. Candidates chosen through either the regional pageants or national preliminary casting competed for the title. Maelia Salcines of the Paraguayan Community in USA was crowned by Miss Grand Paraguay 2022, Agatha Leon of Ciudad del Este, and gained the right to represent the country at Miss Grand International 2023, to be held in Vietnam on October 25. On the other hand, Sharon Capó of Amambay was crowned Miss Grand Paraguay 2024, and will eventually represent the country at the 2024 edition.
