The Mission Society of the Philippines (MSP) is a Society of Apostolic Life of the Latin Church of the Roman Catholic Church.
It was established by the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) – the country's episcopal body – in 1965 as the official and chief missionary arm of the Catholic Church in the Philippines. [1] The Society received its pontifical right status on January 6, 2009 from the Vatican's Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples (CEP).
The Society currently works in twelve countries and territories on five continents. It has missions in Asia in Thailand, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea; in Oceania, in Papua New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand, and The Cook Islands; in Europe, in the Netherlands and in England; in the United States of America; and in South America, in Guyana.[ citation needed ]

Rose of Lima, TOSD was a member of the Third Order of Saint Dominic in Lima, Peru, who became known for both her life of severe penance and her care of the poverty stricken of the city through her own private efforts. Rose of Lima was born to a noble family and is the patron saint of embroidery, gardening and cultivation of blooming flowers. A lay member of the Dominican Order, she was declared a saint by the Catholic Church, being the first person born in the Americas to be canonized as such.

Pallottines are part of the Union of Catholic Apostolate and are present in 45 countries on six continents. The Pallottines administer one of the largest churches in the world, the Basilica of Our Lady of Peace of Yamoussoukro in Côte d'Ivoire.

It was established by the Episcopal Church of the United States in 1901 by American missionaries led by Charles Henry Brent, who served as the first resident bishop, when the Philippines was opened to Protestant American missionaries. The Catholic Home Missions is an organization founded in 1924 by the American Board of Catholic Missions (ABCM) with the aim of helping and supporting poor dioceses in the United States. Their effort focuses principally on providing religious education. Since 1998 U.S. bishops have conducted an annual appeal in parishes across the country, with the proceeds going to dioceses in the United States and its territories.
