Missouri's 7th Senatorial District is one of 34 districts in the Missouri Senate. The district has been represented by Democrat Greg Razer since 2021. [2] [3]
The district is based in Kansas City, specifically the predominantly White part of the city along the Missouri-Kansas border. [4] The district is home to the University of Missouri-Kansas City, the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, the Kansas City Union Station, the Crown Center mall, and the National World War I Museum and Memorial.

Atchison County is the northwesternmost county in the U.S. state of Missouri. As of the 2020 census, the county had a population of 5,305. Its county seat is Rock Port. It was originally known as Allen County when it was detached from Holt County in 1843. The county was officially organized on February 14, 1845, and named for U.S. Senator David Rice Atchison from Missouri.
