Gen. Mohamed Al-Shrif (born 1960) is a Libyan military officer. Since 2019 he has been the Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Armed Forces, loyal to the GNA. [1] [2]

Al-Shrif graduated with the 18th patch of the Libyan Military Academy, he participated in the Chadian–Libyan conflict under Khalifa Hafter. [3]

Saqr Adam Geroushi is a Libyan military officer who is the Chief of Staff of the Libyan Air Force that supports Marshal Khalifa Haftar's Libyan National Army faction. The Western Libya campaign was a military campaign initiated on 4 April 2019 by the Operation Flood of Dignity of the Libyan National Army (LNA), which represents the Libyan House of Representatives, to capture the western region of Libya and eventually the capital Tripoli held by the United Nations Security Council-recognised Government of National Accord (GNA).
