Monash University is a public research university based in Melbourne, Australia. Named for prominent World War I general, Sir John Monash, it was founded in 1958 and is the second oldest university in the State of Victoria. The university has a number of campuses, four of which are in Victoria, and one in Malaysia. Monash also has a research and teaching centre in Prato, Italy, a graduate research school in Mumbai, India and a graduate school in Suzhou, China. Monash University courses are also delivered at other locations, including South Africa.

The Bauhaus-Universität Weimar is a university located in Weimar, Germany, and specializes in the artistic and technical fields. Established in 1860 as the Great Ducal Saxon Art School, it gained collegiate status on 3 June 1910. In 1919 the school was renamed Bauhaus by its new director Walter Gropius and it received its present name in 1996. Approximately 4,000 students are enrolled at the university today. In 2010 the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar commemorated its 150th anniversary as an art school and college in Weimar.

She previously served as Dean and William Ward Watkin Professor of Architecture at Rice University School of Architecture.
Mónica Ponce de León is an architect, educator, and Dean of the Princeton University School of Architecture. A National Design Award winner, Ponce de León is widely recognized as a pioneer in the application of robotic technology to building fabrication and architecture education. Her interdisciplinary practice, MPdL Studio, has offices in New York, NY, Boston, MA, Princeton, NJ and Ann Arbor, MI. Ponce de León previously served as Dean of the A. Alfred Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan (2008–2015) and as Professor at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University (1996–2008). Prior to establishing her own practice MPdL Studio in 2011, she was the founding partner with Nader Tehrani in the award-winning firm Office dA.

The College of Built Environments (CBE) is an academic college at the University of Washington in Seattle. Today, the College of Built Environments is made up of five core units: Architecture/Architectural Design, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Real Estate, and Urban Design & Planning. The 2009 name change reflects an integrated approach to planning, design, and construction that will be necessary to take on the 21st-century global challenges of urbanization and climate change.
The Monash University Museum of Art (MUMA) is a contemporary art museum on Monash University’s Caulfield campus on Dandenong Road, Melbourne, Australia. Designed by Melbourne-based architect, Kerstin Thompson and completed in 2010, the museum presents a program of exhibitions that focus on contemporary Australian and international art. It boasts a collection of more than 1500 works including pieces by influential Australian artists from Fred Williams and Howard Arkley to Tracey Moffatt and Bill Henson. In July 2018, she was named Dean of the College of Architecture, Art and Planning at Cornell University. In 2004, Yoon founded Höweler+Yoon Architecture with partner Eric Höweler.
