Faker Holic: YMO World Tour Live is a live album by Yellow Magic Orchestra. The material on this live album was recorded during various concerts in 1979, and was released as a double CD in 1991. Several songs appeared on the 1979 live album Public Pressure, with Kazumi Watanabe's guitar parts overdubbed with keyboards and Yukihiro Takahashi's vocals replaced with those re-recorded later in studio. This album restores Watanabe's guitar parts. "Kang Tong Boy" is a song by Akiko Yano, who performed additional keyboards and backing vocals on this tour.

"Stolen Moments" is a jazz standard composed by Oliver Nelson. It is a 16-bar piece though the solos are on a conventional minor blues structure. The recording of the song on Nelson's 1961 album, The Blues and the Abstract Truth, led to it being more generally covered. The tune was given lyrics when Mark Murphy recorded his version in 1978.

Kazumi Watanabe was a Japanese long-distance runner. He was diminutive, weighing 115 pounds and standing 5'5". He competed in the marathon at the 1960 Summer Olympics, finishing 32nd in 2:29:45, and in the 1964 Summer Olympics in the 10,000 meter run, finishing 28th in 31.00.6. His personal bests for the marathon were 2:15:40 while winning the Beppu marathon, and the 10,000 meters in 29:10.4 on the track, both run in 1963. His best time for 10 miles on the roads was 50:31 in 1957 when he was 21 years old.
