Brenda Villa is an accomplished American water polo player. She is the most decorated athlete in the world of women’s water polo. Villa was named Female Water Polo Player of the Decade for 2000-2009 by the FINA Aquatics World Magazine. She is one of four female players who competed in water polo at four Olympics; and one of two female athletes who won four Olympic medals in water polo. She is a leading goalscorer in Olympic water polo history, with 31 goals. In 2018, she was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame and the USA Water Polo Hall of Fame.

The 1991–92 Hannover 96 season is the 96th season in the football club's history and 29th overall season in the second flight of German football, the 2. Bundesliga, and their third consecutive season having been relegated from the Bundesliga in 1989. Hannover 96 also participated in this season's edition of the domestic cup, the DFB-Pokal, and won the cup for the first time in club history, becoming the first team outside the Bundesliga to do so. This is the 33rd season for Hannover in the Niedersachsenstadion, located in Hanover, Lower Saxony, Germany. The season covers a period from 1 July 1991 to 30 June 1992.
The 2020–21 DFB-Pokal was the 41st season of the annual German football cup competition. Several teams participated in the competition, including all teams from the previous year's Frauen-Bundesliga and the 2. Frauen-Bundesliga, excluding second teams. The competition began on 19 September 2020 with the first of six rounds and ended on 30 May 2021 with the final at the RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne, a nominally neutral venue, which has hosted the final since 2010. The DFB-Pokal is considered the second-most important club title in German women's football after the Bundesliga championship. The DFB-Pokal is run by the German Football Association (DFB).
