The Mote-Morris House is a historic house in Leesburg, Florida, United States. It was located at 1021 West Main Street. On December 27, 1974, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. It was moved to 1195 West Magnolia Street on September 1, 1990. [2] h
The City of Leesburg owns the house, and opens it for public tours twice a month. It is also available for rent for special occasions. As of February 20, 2018 the house suffered a devastating fire. The fire marshal ruled it to not be arson, however a witness told police multiple persons were seen inside the structure between two and three a.m. The damage was extensive.
Mote-Morris was built in 1892 by Leesburg's eight-term Mayor, Edward H. Mote, at a cost of $9,000. The house is two-story with a one four story turret. The Mote family sold the house, in 1908 to Bishop Henry Clay Morrison and, in 1918, it came into the possession of the Morris family, which reside there for the next 70 years. [2]
On 1 September 1990 the house was relocated to Magnolia Street, having previously stood on Main Street. [2]

The North University Park Historic District is a historic district in the North University Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The district is bounded by West Adams Boulevard on the north, Magnolia Avenue on the west, Hoover Street on the east, and 28th Street on the south. The Dr. H. A. Longino House is a historic house at 317 West Main Street in Magnolia, Arkansas. The two-story brick structure was built in 1910 for a prominent local doctor, and is one of a small number of surviving designs known to have been created by Eugene C. Seibert, a prominent local architect of the period. When built, it was one of the most imposing houses in the town. It is three bays wide, and is finished in salmon-colored brick, with a terracotta roof. It has a large front porch, which is terminated at one end by a porte-cochere. Stylistically, the house represents a transition between the revival styles of the 19th century and the Craftsman styling which became popular in the following decades.
Ivey P. Crutchfield (1878-1952) was an American architect and builder who worked in Georgia and Florida. Several of his works are listed on the National Register of Historic Places for their architecture.
