Mr. 305 Inc. is an American record label based in Miami, Florida, that was founded by rapper Pitbull. Pitbull's nickname, "305" also stands for the area code of Miami. The label specialises in reggaeton and hip hop acts.

Armando Christian Pérez, known professionally as Pitbull, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, businessman and actor. He began his career in the early 2000s, recording reggaeton, Latin hip hop, and crunk music under a multitude of labels. In 2004, he released his debut album M.I.A.M.I. under TVT Records and the executive production of Lil Jon. Pitbull later released his second album, El Mariel, in 2006 and his third, The Boatlift, in 2007. His fourth album, Rebelution (2009), included his breakthrough hit single "I Know You Want Me ", which peaked at number two on the US Billboard Hot 100 and number four on the UK Singles Chart.

James Gregory Scheffer, professionally known as Jim Jonsin, is an American record producer from South Florida. He has produced for numerous musical artists, including Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, Usher, Lil Wayne, Kid Cudi, Eminem, Pitbull, Yelawolf, Nelly, T.I., Danity Kane and Jamie Foxx, among others. Jonsin won a Grammy Award in 2009, for Best Rap Song for Lil Wayne's "Lollipop". That year he was also nominated for his production on T.I.'s "Whatever You Like", which also garnered a nomination for Best Rap Song.
Alexis & Fido, a.k.a. Los Pitbulls, Los Reyes Del Perreo, are a Puerto Rican reggaeton duo from Puerto Rico. They are CEOs and co-founders of Wild Dogz Music. In 2008, Sobrenatural was nominated for Album Urbano. In 2012, "Energía" was nominated for Canción Urbana. In 2013, "Rompe la Cintura" was nominated for – Interpretación Urbana. Featured guests on the album are Mr. Phillips, Héctor el Father, Baby Rasta, Zion & Lennox, Trébol Clan, Tony Sunshine and Baby Ranks. Nesty la Mente Maestra and Víctor el Nasi produced the bulk of the album.

Pitbull Starring in Rebelution is the fourth studio album by the Cuban-American rapper Pitbull. It was released on August 28, 2009, through J, Polo Grounds and Mr. 305. The production on the album was handled by multiple producers including DJ Khalil, Dr. Luke, Lil Jon, Play-N-Skillz and Jim Jonsin who also served as executive producer. The album also features guest appearances by B.o.B, Ke$ha, Nayer, Akon, Lil Jon and Slim of 112. This became his first major-label release, his first album to be released on his own Mr. 305 Inc. label and also Polo Grounds' second release since Hurricane Chris's 51/50 Ratchet.
