VST & Company was a Filipino disco band from Manila, Philippines, founded by Vic Sotto, Spanky Rigor, and Tito Sotto. Velasquez aspired to perform songs that are reflective of her personal and professional life. She aimed to create a live experience in a more intimate environment, believing that it was a way for her to connect with her audience. The concert was jointly promoted by GMA Network and Aria Productions, with Velasquez as the stage director and Raul Mitra as the musical director.
