Mulkh Raj is an Indian politician from the Bharatiya Janata Party and a former member[ when? ] of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing[ when? ] the Baijnath assembly constituency of Himachal Pradesh. [1] [2] [3] Mulkh Raj belongs to the Koli community of Himachal Pradesh. [4] He lost to Kishori Lal in 2022 Assembly Election with a margin of 3446 votes.
