John Erik Kaada, also known by the mononym Kaada, is a Norwegian singer-songwriter, producer, film score composer and multi-instrumentalist. Kaada's career spans a string of solo albums, motion picture soundtracks, high-profile collaborations with key players such as Mike Patton, as well as numerous live appearances at home and abroad.
Kaada/Patton is a musical project of two musicians, Kaada and Mike Patton.
Romances is a 2004 collaboration album between Faith No More vocalist Mike Patton and Norwegian singer-songwriter Kaada. The overall sound of the album was inspired by Gustav Mahler, Frédéric Chopin, Johannes Brahms and Franz Liszt with soundtrack elements. The album's track titles were taken from 18th century French songs.

The story of Robsahm's life was told by Even Benestad in the documentary Natural Born Star, which premiered in 2007. His sister is the model, film director, and editor Margarete Robsahm.
