Tarsis Bazana Kabwegyere is a Ugandan sociologist, academic and politician. He is the current Minister of General Duties, Office of the Prime Minister in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 23 May 2013. Prior to that, from 15 August 2012 until 23 May 2013, he served as the Minister of Gender, Labour & Social Affairs. At first, the parliamentary committee vetting cabinet appointments rejected his selection. But after discussions between President Yoweri Museveni and Speaker Rebecca Kadaga, he was finally approved on 7 September 2012. Earlier, he served as the Minister of Disaster Relief & Planning in the Ugandan Cabinet, from 1 June 2006 until 27 May 2011. In the cabinet reshuffle of 27 May 2011, he was dropped from the cabinet and was replaced by Stephen Mallinga. He also served as the elected Member of Parliament representing "Igara County West", Bushenyi District, from 1996 until 2011.
Richard Nduhura, sometimes spelled Richard Nduhuura, is a Ugandan politician, diplomat and veterinarian who currently serves as Uganda's Permanent Representative to the United Nations. He was appointed to that position in August 2012. Prior to that, he served as State Minister for Health in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 1 June 2006. In the cabinet reshuffle of 16 February 2009, and that of 27 May 2011, he retained his cabinet post.

She was appointed to that position on 1 March 2015, replacing Wilson Muruli Mukasa, who was appointed Minister of Gender and Social Issues. Between 2012 and 2015, she served as the Minister of Gender and Social Issues in the Cabinet of Uganda. She was appointed to that position in 2012. She replaced Syda Bumba, who resigned from Cabinet. Mary Karoro Okurut also serves as the elected Member of Parliament for Bushenyi District Women's Constituency.

Immediately prior to his current position, for the ten years between 2008 and 2018, he served as the chairman of he National Planning Authority of Uganda.
