On December 13, 2018, it was announced that Apple had given the production a straight-to-series order to a television miniseries adaptation of Amy Silverstein's 2017 memoir My Glory Was I Had Such Friends. Executive producers were set to include Jennifer Garner, J. J. Abrams, Karen Croner, Ben Stephenson, and Amy Silverstein. Production companies involved with the series were slated to consist of Bad Robot Productions and Warner Bros. Television. [1] [2] [3]
