Her awards and accolades include winning the CSA All American Mention (2012-2013), All- NESCAC 1ST Team (2012-2013), All- NESCAC 2nd Team (2010-2011) and James Belfiore award for overcoming adversity and inspiring teammates. In June 2021 she won her second PSA title by winning Life Time City Center Open 2021 in Houston.

She has won the Australian National Junior Squash Championships on seven occasions with all of them being on a consecutive basis from 2013 to 2019. She achieved her highest career PSA world rankings of 74 on 28 November 2022 during the 2022–23 PSA World Tour.
Lauren Baltayan is a French professional squash player. As of December 2023, she was ranked number 87 in the world. She won the 2023 Open des Bretzels, a professional Challenger 5 level event, becoming the youngest ever European player, male or female, to ever win a professional PSA title. In her junior career she won the French and Dutch under 19 national opens. Internationally, she represents France. Playing for France, she won the 2023 European U17 championship.
