Lieutenant General Muhammad Naeem Ashraf is a retired officer of the Pakistan Army. He served commander of Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) and later the strike-formation II Corps in Multan.
Ashraf was commissioned into the Frontier Force Regiment in 1985 after graduating from the Pakistan Military Academy. [1]
In January 2017,he was appointed as Chairman of Heavy Industries Taxila. [2] That July,he represented HIT in Jordan,meeting King Abdullah II to discuss defence-industrial cooperation. [3]
In September 2018,Ashraf appointed as Corps Commander II Corps,replacing Lieutenant General Abdullah Dogar. [4] [5]
Ashraf retired from active service in December 2020. [6]
