Nana Mizuki Live Formula at Saitama Super Arena [1] is the sixth live DVD release from J-pop star and voice actress Nana Mizuki. It was ranked #1 in weekly Oricon chart for music DVD, and #4 for all DVD (including movies).
The first two discs contain Live Formula 2007-2008 that was held on 2008-01-03 at the Saitama Super Arena, which broke her own record for having 16,000 audience, and also marked her 50th live concert since her debut. Most of the songs performed are from her latest album Great Activity. There's a special audio commentary by Nana Mizuki herself too.

Nana Kondō, better known by the stage name Nana Mizuki, is a Japanese voice actress, singer and narrator from Niihama, Ehime. She is represented by the agency StarCrew. Mizuki was trained as an enka singer, releasing one single under her birth name in 1993 and made her debut as a voice actress in 1996. Her prominent roles include Hinata Hyuga in the long-running ninja series Naruto as well in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Tamao Tamamura in Shaman King 2001 and 2021, Colette Brunel in Tales of Symphonia, Fate Testarossa in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Tsubasa Kazanari in Symphogear, Moka Akashiya in Rosario + Vampire, Tsubomi Hanasaki in Heartcatch Precure! and Ann Takamaki in Persona 5. She also had official dubbing roles in live action version of Itazura na Kiss from Korea and Taiwan, as well in Hunger Games film series as Katniss Everdeen. She is also the famous dubbing roles for Taiwanese actress, Ariel Lin.

Prior to becoming part of Morning Musume, Fukumura was known as a member of the second generation Shugo Chara Egg!, and for her role of Amulet Heart in the live action segment of Shugo Chara! Party!.
