Nankai University Affiliated High School

Nankai University Affiliated High School, located on Santan Road in Nankai District, Tianjin, was established in 1960. Its predecessor was the Tianjin University Nankai University Affiliated High School. [1] It used to be a school for the children of faculty and staff of Nankai University and Tianjin University. Currently, the junior high school department admits students from Nankai District, and the senior high school department admits students from across Tianjin. In 2007, Tianjin No. 43 Middle School merged into Nankai University Affiliated High School. [2] The original site of Nankai University Affiliated High School within Nankai University was converted into the Nankai University Center for Combinatorial Mathematics.

Nankai University Affiliated High School and Tianjin Nankai High School, founded in 1904, are two independent schools with no affiliation to each other.

Tsin Ku University, was a Jesuit Catholic university established by the French Jesuits in Tianjin, China. It was the second Catholic university in China and one of the earliest universities in modern China to offer architectural education. Founded in 1921, its official name was originally French: Institut des Hautes Études Industrielles et Commerciales de Tientsin, translated into Chinese as 天津工商大学. In August 1933, it was officially registered under the Ministry of Education of the Nationalist Government as Private Tientsin Kung Shang College (私立天津工商学院). In October 1948, it was restructured into a university and named Private Tsin Ku University (私立津沽大学). In September 1951, it was converted from private to public and became subordinate to the Ministry of Education. In August 1952, as part of higher education restructuring, Tsin Ku University was dissolved. The engineering college merged into Tianjin University, the school of finance and economics merged into Nankai University, and based on its former campus, the Teacher Training College of Tsin Ku University became Tianjin Teacher Training College, which later evolved into Hebei University. In November 1970, Hebei University relocated to Baoding. Some faculty and students who did not move established Tianjin Foreign Studies Institute on the original Tsin Ku University campus, which has since been upgraded to Tianjin Foreign Studies University.

Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital, also known as the Nankai University Affiliated Fourth Central Hospital and the Tianjin Medical University Fourth Central Clinical College, was originally established in February 1930 as the Beining Railway Tianjin Hospital. It is located at No. 1 Zhongshan Road, Hebei District, Tianjin, southwest of Tianjin North Station. In September 1949, Beining Railway Tianjin Hospital was renamed the Tianjin Railway Central Hospital. In September 1999, the hospital added the name plate of Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital. On August 23, 2004, the hospital was transferred from the Beijing Railway Bureau to the jurisdiction of the Tianjin Municipal Health Bureau.

Institute of Hematology and Blood Diseases Hospital, CAMS & PUMC, operates under a single administrative structure with two official names. It is located at No. 288 Nanjing Road, Heping District, Tianjin. The hospital was founded in November 1957 by Professor Deng Jiadong, the pioneer of hematology in China. In the 1970s, the institution was relocated to Sichuan but returned to Tianjin in 1982. It remains the only tertiary specialized hospital for hematological diseases in China.

Tianjin Third Central Hospital, also known as Nankai University Clinical Hospital, is located at 83 Jintang Road, Hedong District, Tianjin, People's Republic of China. It was originally established in 1957 as Hedong Hospital of Tianjin. In 1987, it was renamed Hedong Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Second Medical College. In 1992, the hospital was officially renamed "Tianjin Third Central Hospital," and in 1993, it was recognized as a comprehensive Grade 3A hospital. Currently, Tianjin Third Central Hospital is under the jurisdiction of the Tianjin Municipal Health Commission.
