Nashville Fashion Week (NFW), a citywide event typically held in March or April, is a celebration of Nashville, Tennessee's fashion and retail community featuring local, regional and national design talent in fashion events and shows.
Showcasing his Fall/Winter Collection in March 2011, Christian Siriano was the first major designer to headline Nashville Fashion Week (formerly Lexus Nashville Fashion Week) alongside fashion designer Betsey Johnson. [1] [2] [3] The following year, a runway presentation featuring Versace was held at the historic Parthenon, a full-scale replica of the original Parthenon in Athens, Greece. Fashion designer Randi Rahm closed NFW 2012 showing her collection at The Pinnacle at Symphony Place. [4] [5]

A fashion week is a week-long fashion industry event where fashion designers, brands, or "houses" display their latest collections in runway fashion shows to buyers and the media which influences upcoming fashion trends for the current and approaching seasons.
Project Runway is an American reality television series that premiered on Bravo on December 1, 2004. The series focuses on fashion design. It was created by Eli Holzman and was hosted by Heidi Klum from 2004 to 2017. It has a varied airing history, with Bravo originating the first five seasons, followed by Lifetime for eleven more. The show has had over 30 international adaptations.

Project Runway: Junior is an American reality television series that premiered on November 12, 2015 on Lifetime. It is the eighth direct spin-off series of another series, Project Runway, which airs on the same network. It featured twelve teen designers aged between 13 and 17. Season 4 winner Christian Siriano returns to mentor the designers and use the "Siriano save" for the first time to bring an eliminated designer back into the competition if he disagrees with the judge’s verdict. A "save" was also used by Tim Gunn beginning in Season 12 and continuing for the remainder of his time with the show.

The Nashville Symphony Fashion Show started in 2006 to raise awareness and funds in support of the world-renowned Nashville Symphony and its educational and community engagement programs. Prabal Gurung will headline the 2024 season of the Nashville Symphony Fashion Show with musical performances by Kelleigh Bannen and Brothers Osbourne.
