ELSHAM is a human rights non-governmental organization based in Jayapura, Papua, Indonesia. ELSHAM is the leading Papuan human rights organization. It was established in 1996 by the Roman Catholic Church, the Jayapura diocese of the Evangelical Christian Church in West Papua (GKI), and the Gospel Tabernacle Church of Indonesia (GKII).
The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia better known by its acronym SUHAKAM is the national human rights institution (NHRI) of Malaysia. The name is based on an Indonesian Chinese lawyer and a human right activist Yap Thiam Hien. The award is usually given every 10 December since 1992. However, due to lack of funding, the foundation stopped giving out the award in 2005.

The Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia is a non-structural government agency directly under the auspices of the President of Indonesia. The office reports to the President and is headed by a Chief of Staff. Previously, the office was named Unit of Presidential Staff based on the Presidential Decree No.29/ 2014. The current name has been used based on the Presidential Decree No.26/2015 dated 23 February 2015 due to the expansion of the task and function assigned to the office.
The Human Rights and Constitutional Affairs Select Committee is one of many select committees of the Malaysian House of Representatives. It is among four new bipartisan parliamentary select committees announced by the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department in charge of legal affairs, Liew Vui Keong, on 17 October 2019 in an effort to improve the institutional system. The creation saw the portfolio of human rights being moved from the previous Rights and Gender Equality Select Committee, now known as the Gender Equality and Family Development Select Committee.
