Ndamira Catherine Atwikiire (born 13 August 1977) is a Ugandan politician and member of parliament. She was elected as a district woman representative for Kabale district [1] [2] under the ruling National Resistance Movement political party.

Work experience

Currently, Atwikiire is a member of the Public Accounts Committee and Committee on Health. She previously worked as the financial administrator for VIDAS Engineering Services Co. Ltd. from 2010 to 2015. [3]

In 2019, she was engaged in community outreach in the Kabale municipality where she urged the Muslim community to educate their children to meet the development concerns of the country. [4]

The forum was established to work for social protection, using advocacy, influence, oversight and monitoring, and representation.

Kyokuhairwa Kyaka Viccy, also known as Vicky Kyaka Kyokuhairwa, was a Ugandan politician in the eighth Parliament of Uganda representing Isingiro District. She was the first councillor for Bukanga in the early 90s.

Ninsiima Ronah Rita Is a Ugandan politician and journalist who was the women representative member of parliament for Kabale District in the 9th Parliament of Uganda. She beat former agriculture minister Hope Mwesigye who had represented the constituency since 1994 in the 2011 Uganda general elections on February 18 replacing her for the seat between 2011 to 2016. Rita was an independent candidate after losing the National Resistance Movement (NRM) primaries to Hope Mwesigye.
