Neil Baker (born 8 June 1960) is a former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1980s. Baker played mostly at fullback and five-eighth for Canterbury, Salford, South Sydney Rabbitohs and Penrith. [4]
Neil Baker played three seasons at the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs between 1981-1983. He also was a useful goal-kicker, top scoring for South Sydney Rabbitohs in 1984, 1985 and 1986. In 1985 he won the Dally M award for best five-eighth of the season. Baker had a cult following at South Sydney, with fans calling him "Bionic Baker", and making banners with his name on them to wave at matches. He finished his Sydney career at the Penrith Panthers between 1988-1989. In 1992, Baker captain-coached Newcastle Western Suburbs to win the Clayton Cup. [5]

Thirteen teams competed for the J J Giltinan Shield and Winfield Cup during the season, which culminated in a grand final between the Canterbury-Bankstown and St. George clubs. This season NSWRL teams also competed for the 1985 National Panasonic Cup.
Cabramatta Two Blues, colloquially known as Cabra, is an Australian rugby league football club that was originally formed in 1919 and then later completely formed as the Two Blues in 1939. They have always based from the Parramatta Junior Leagues, and their junior teams compete in the Parramatta District Junior Rugby League Association. They currently compete in the Sydney Shield and have previously competed in the Ron Massey Cup however both sides did not field a side for the 2022 season in either competition. Jason Paul Williams is a New Zealand former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1980s and 1990s. A New Zealand international representative winger, he played his club football in Australia for Sydney's Western Suburbs Magpies, Eastern Suburbs Roosters, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and the Penrith Panthers as well as in England for Salford. Williams played 145 games in the Australian competition from 1987–88 and 1991–98, scoring a total of 63 tries and winning the 1995 ARL Premiership with the Canterbury club. Williams played in 12 test matches for New Zealand between 1991 and 1995, scoring one try. He played in one non-test international on the 1993 Kiwis tour against Wales and two World Cup matches.
