Nicky Touli (born ~1996) [1] is a Samoan competitive sailor, who has represented Samoa at the Pacific Games.

Touli is from Vaitele on the island of Upolu. [1] He works as a chef in Fox Glacier, New Zealand. [2]

At the 2019 Pacific Games in Apia he came seventh in the individual Laser Radial, [2] but won gold (alongside Eroni Leilua) in the men's team competition. [2]

Australia competed at the 2019 Pacific Games in Apia, Samoa. A team of 42 athletes represented the country for Australia's second appearance at the Pacific Games. Australia competed in six sports.

Sailing at the 2019 Pacific Games was held in Samoa from 9–19 July on the Mulifanua sailing course at the Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort at Mulifanua  which is approximately 40 kilometres west of the capital, Apia. The competition schedule included men's, women's and team events. The equipment classes used were the Laser and Laser Radial dinghies, plus the Hobie 16 catamaran.
