Noam Jenkins is a Canadian actor. He is best known for his portrayals as Jerry Barber on Global's Rookie Blue and Aiden Pearce in the 2014 video game Watch Dogs .

Early life

Jenkins was born in Paris, France, to Canadian parents. He moved to Toronto with his parents when he was an infant.

Career

Jenkins made his big break when he appeared as a minor character in the film Extreme Measures , starring Hugh Grant and Gene Hackman.

He then appeared as Evan in the 2005 television movie Category 7: The End of the World , starring Randy Quaid, Gina Gershon, Cameron Daddo, Robert Wagner, James Brolin and Swoosie Kurtz.

From 2010 to 2012, Jenkins portrayed the role of Detective Jerry Barber in the police drama series Rookie Blue , starring Missy Peregrym. [1] From 2010 to 2013, he played the recurring character Vincent Rossabi in the crime drama television series Covert Affairs , starring Piper Perabo.

Jenkins voiced Aiden Pearce in the 2014 video game Watch Dogs. [2] He reprised the role for Watch Dogs: Legion in 2021. [3]

Watch Dogs is a 2014 action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It is the first installment in the Watch Dogs series. The game is played from a third-person perspective, and its world is navigated on foot or by vehicle. He first appeared as the main protagonist of the original Watch Dogs (2014), in which he was portrayed by Noam Jenkins via performance capture. He also made a minor, non-speaking appearance in Watch Dogs 2 (2016), and returned as a playable character in Watch Dogs: Legion (2020), with Jenkins reprising his role. Marcus Holloway is a fictional character from Ubisoft's Watch Dogs video game franchise, first appearing as the player character of the 2016 title, Watch Dogs 2. Marcus is introduced as a young hacker based in the San Francisco Bay Area who is wrongfully flagged with a criminal profile by ctOS 2.0, the electronic mechanism employed to manage the region's infrastructure and surveillance network. <i>Watch Dogs: Legion</i> 2020 video game

Watch Dogs: Legion is a 2020 action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Toronto and published by Ubisoft. It is the sequel to 2016's Watch Dogs 2 and the third installment in the Watch Dogs series. Set within a fictionalised representation of a futuristic, dystopian London, the game's story follows the hacker syndicate DedSec as they seek to clear their names after being framed for a series of terrorist bombings. While searching for the true culprits, DedSec also attempt to liberate London's citizens from the control of Albion, an oppressive private military company that has turned the city into a surveillance state following the bombings.

Watch Dogs is an action-adventure video game franchise published by Ubisoft, and developed primarily by its Montreal and Toronto studios using the Disrupt game engine. The series' eponymous first title was released in 2014, and it has featured three games in total, the most recent being 2020's Watch Dogs: Legion. Several tie-in books and comic book miniseries set in the games' universe have also been published.
