Now That You Are a Dancer is the second studio album by Scottish indie pop band Kid Canaveral, released on 4 March 2013 by Scottish independent label Fence Records. [1] [2] The album was preceded by the single "Low Winter Sun" on 17 December 2012 [3] and promotional single "The Wrench" on 11 February 2013. [4] Now That You Are a Dancer was nominated for the 2014 Scottish Album of the Year Award. [5]

Kid Canaveral was a Scottish alternative pop band that formed in St Andrews in Fife, Scotland, but are now based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Since 2007 the band have released a number of well received singles, an E.P. and an album on their own label, Straight to Video Records, and in 2011 they signed with Scottish independent label Fence Records. The band left Fence Records to join Johnny Lynch on his new label Lost Map Records in August 2013. The band have received praise for their pop hooks and melodies, and their energetic and engaging live performances. Their second record Now That You Are a Dancer was nominated for the 2014 Scottish Album of the Year Award. The group released their third record Faulty Inner Dialogue, via Lost Map Records, on 29 July 2016.

You Are Underwater is the third album by the Main Drag, released in December 2009. Like the band's previous LP, You Are Underwater was also self-recorded and self-released on the band's own imprint - Reasonable People's League. Prior to the release of the CD, the album was digitally pre-released in December 2009. On the CD release day of You Are Underwater in January 2010, The Main Drag announced on their website that bandmate Adam Arrigo would be leaving the band in order to pursue other things. He played his final show with the band at the CD release for You Are Underwater. The CD release of the band's third album was held alongside the debut release of fellow RPL Audio band Spirit Kid.

Broken Chanter is the stage name of Scottish musician David MacGregor, a moniker he adopted in recognition of his poor attempts as a toddler to play his grandfather's chanter, which led to it being hidden from him.
