NVDES is an experimental indie pop, indietronica, and electropop project based in Los Angeles, California. Founded by Josh Ocean in 2015, NVDES has released several singles and a visual album, Vibe City Utah (2018). [1]
NVDES was dubbed "Apple's unofficial house band" [2] after the band was featured in various Apple commercials over the years. In January 2018, the song "D.Y.T. (Do Your Thing)", [3] featuring Remmi, [4] was featured in an iPhone X commercial. [5] The song "Brazooka" was featured in the iPhone 11 commercial in September 2019, and in April 2020, the song "Purusha" was featured in the iPhone SE commercial. [2]
The song "Ou La La La (All Eyes On Us)" was also featured in a 2020 MIRROR by Lululemon commercial. [6]
Breathe Carolina are an American electronic music duo from Denver, Colorado. The duo formed in 2007 consisting of David Schmitt and Kyle Even. They later expanded to a full band whose best-known lineup included Schmitt, Even, drummer Eric Armenta, keytarist Joshua Aragon and DJ Luis Bonet. In 2013, Even left the group, while Tommy Cooperman joined that year. Breathe Carolina is currently composed of Schmitt and Cooperman.
Yunalis Mat Zara'ai, known professionally as Yuna, is a Malaysian singer. Her initial exposure came through the viral success of her music uploaded to Myspace, which received over one million plays. This online success alerted an indie-pop label/management company to her music, and in early 2011 she signed with the Fader Label. She is best known for her collaboration with Usher on her breakout single "Crush", which peaked at number 3 on the US Billboard Adult R&B chart. From 2010-2015, she was the 2nd Most Popular Female Singer in Malaysia with Siti Nurhaliza at first place and Stacy Anam at 3rd place.
Jason L. Martin, formerly known by the stage name Problem, is an American rapper, songwriter, and record producer from Compton, California. He is best known for his guest appearance alongside YG and Iamsu! on E-40's 2012 single, "Function", which entered the Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart and received gold certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), along with his guest appearance on Childish Gambino's single, "Sweatpants" the following year. His 2013 single, "Like Whaaat", entered both the aforementioned chart and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, serving as lead single for his debut extended play (EP), Understand Me (2013).

Steven Zhu, known mononymously as Zhu, is an American electronic music producer and singer who has been active since the beginning of 2014, signed to Mind of a Genius Records. Until mid-2014, Zhu remained anonymous, asking to be judged by his music alone. His debut album, Generationwhy, was released on July 29, 2016 and first premiered at Coachella during his closing set in the Sahara Tent. Zhu's Coachella performance was praised, with a writer for the New York Observer suggesting that he could be "the next Daft Punk".
"Bum Bum" is a song by American singer Kat DeLuna featuring Trey Songz, released by eOne as a standalone single on March 30, 2015. A dance song, it samples and interpolates Sister Nancy's "Bam Bam" (1982) and Shaggy and Rikrok's "It Wasn't Me" (2000). The instrumental has reggae influences and the lyrics are about sex. The song was included on DeLuna's compilation album Loading (2016). Critics had a mixed response to "Bum Bum", which peaked at number 32 on the Rhythmic Billboard chart. The song was promoted with a music video released on June 16, 2015. In it, DeLuna dances and appears nude. Noise Cans and Frank Delour released remixes for the single.
Iselin Løken Solheim, first known as Iselin Solheim and then simply as Iselin, is a Norwegian singer-songwriter. She is well known for her vocals on Alan Walker's singles "Faded" (2015) and "Sing Me to Sleep" (2016) and Gryffin's single "Just for a Moment" (2018).
Sofi Tukker is a musical duo based in New York City, consisting of Sophie Hawley-Weld and Tucker Halpern. They are known for their songs "Drinkee", "Best Friend", and "Purple Hat". "Best Friend" was featured in a commercial during Apple's unveiling of the iPhone X, while "Drinkee" was nominated for a Grammy at the 2017 Grammy Awards. In December 2018, their album Treehouse was nominated for a Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album.
Steve Thomas Lacy-Moya is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and record producer. He gained recognition as the guitarist of the alternative R&B band the Internet, which he joined in 2015. His self-produced debut EP, Steve Lacy's Demo (2017), was met with critical praise and became a sleeper hit. Lacy then guest performed alongside Frank Ocean on Tyler, the Creator's 2017 single "911 / Mr. Lonely", which received double platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Anna of the North is the solo project of Anna Lotterud, an Oslo-based Norwegian singer-songwriter from Gjøvik. Originally formed as a duo with producer Brady Daniell-Smith in 2014, their debut studio album Lovers was released in 2017. Daniell-Smith left the group in 2018, with Lotterud continuing to use the name. The second album, Dream Girl, released in October 2019, was made by Lotterud in association with various producers. The music has been regarded as "soft, soul-baring electro-pop".
