OMG! Magazine was a lifestyle and news publication which targeted the gay & lesbian community. The magazine published articles on current affairs, travel, news and politics.
The first issue was published in June 2009 as a small biweekly, until December 2010, when it began publishing in "standard magazine size" in conjunction with a new interactive website. The magazine was published from Florida by OMG Multimedia Companies, LLC which owned the registered trade mark OMG! Magazine. The new magazine was Florida centric but has national presence, including Atlanta, New York & Las Vegas. In 2010 an interactive website was created which included online dating and social networking, as well as a travel booking engine and a music player. The magazine's popularity benefited in May 2010, when it landed the cover story for its special collector's edition [1] featuring the 1950s and 1960s iconic singing legend, Connie Francis. [2]
In December 2010, the magazine partnered with the gay travel company, ALandCHUCK.travel, to supply the website engine for OMG! Magazine's online travel booking feature. ALandCHUCK.travel garnered an 'F' rating with the BBB and is now defunct. [3]

Today, Pink Triangle Press publishes Xtra, an online magazine and community platform covering LGBTQ2S+ culture, politics and health. Pink Triangle Press also publishes a series of newsletters including Pink Ticket Travel and Wander+Lust. Pink Ticket Travel is a Queer travel newsletter featuring travel tips and guidelines for LGBTQ2S+ travelers. Gaia Online is an English-language, anime-themed social networking and forums-based website with Chibi-style animations. It was founded as go-gaia on February 18, 2003, by Derek Liu, Long Vo, Josh Gainsbrugh, and the name was changed to GaiaOnline.com in 2004 by its owner, Gaia Interactive. Gaia originally began as an anime linklist and eventually developed a small community, but following a statement by founder Derek Liu, the website moved towards social gaming and eventually became forum-based.

The company was also a part subsidiary of the privately held International Data Group (IDG), a media, events and research technology group. The magazine and its parent publication printing the magazine went defunct in 2011, but is outlasted by Gamepro.com.

In 1986, Qnotes changed to a monthly tabloid. In 2006, it merged with the Raleigh, N.C. LGBT newspaper The Front Page.
