Ocean Prime is a steakhouse and seafood restaurant concept owned by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, consisting of 18 restaurants in 14 states plus Washington, D.C. [1] Mitchell's Ocean Club opened in August 2006, starting the Ocean Prime brand in Columbus, Ohio, and the first Ocean Prime outside of Ohio opened in Troy, Michigan in June 2008. [2] Other locations include Beverly Hills, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver (Tech Center and Larimer Square), Indianapolis, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Naples, New York City, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Tampa and Washington, D.C. Established in May 1991, the restaurant is modeled after a 1950s drive-in theater. Walt Disney Imagineering designed the booths to resemble convertibles of the period, and some servers act as carhops while wearing roller skates. While eating, guests watch a large projection screen displaying clips of 1950s and 1960s films as Frankenstein Meets the Space Monster, Plan 9 from Outer Space, and Attack of the 50 Foot Woman.

63 is a four-story shopping mall on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is part of the CityCenter complex, developed by MGM Resorts International. The two-acre site was previously planned as The Harmon, a hotel within CityCenter. However, due to structural defects, the hotel never opened and was dismantled in 2015. The property was sold six years later to developer Brett Torino and partner Flag Luxury Group, with plans to build retail space on the site. Construction of 63 began in June 2021, and the first business in the mall opened in April 2023.
