Olaus Jair Skarsem (born 2 July 1998) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bulgarian First League club CSKA Sofia. [1]
He made his debut for Rosenborg 13 April 2016 against Åfjord FK in the first round of the Cup, coming on and scoring in a 3-0 away win. [2]
After struggelig with injuries in the 2017 and 2018 season, also playing time when fit, he was sent out on loan to Ranheim for the 2019 season. [3] He made his Eliteserien debut for Ranheim coming on against Tromsø in a 1-2 loss at home in the first round of the 2019 season. He scored his first league goal against Sarpsborg 08 on May 19 in a 3-1 away win. [4] On 14 January 2020 Skarsem signed for Kristiansund. [5] In July 2021 Skarsem returned to Rosenborg. [6]
On 10 January 2024 Skarsem signed for Bulgarian club CSKA Sofia. [7]

Pål André Helland is a former Norwegian professional footballer. Helland arrived at Rosenborg, on 26 July 2013, after having won with IL Hødd the 2012 Norwegian Football Cup Final. Helland has also spent time at Ranheim Fotball and Byåsen TF.

The end of the pre-season and the start of the season were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After two months, the season was confirmed to start 16 June, with full training starting from 7 May. This was Eirik Horneland's second season as Rosenborg manager, but he was let go after only 3 matches. Trond Henriksen took over as interim manager until Åge Hareide was appointed new manager. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic only 200 fans were allowed in the stadiums the first 20 rounds, while 600 fans were allowed in the remaining 10 rounds.
