Viatcheslav Vladimirovich Ekimov, nicknamed Eki, is a Russian former professional racing cyclist. A triple Olympic gold medalist, he was awarded the title of Russian Cyclist of the Century in 2001.

Karpets is most notable for winning the white jersey for best young rider in the 2004 Tour de France and his victories in the overall classifications of the Volta a Catalunya and the Tour de Suisse, both in 2007. Karpets is also a two-time Olympian.
Hernán Buenahora Gutíerrez is a Colombian former road racing cyclist, who was nicknamed El Cabrito de Barichara during his career. He turned professional in 1990 and placed 18th in the 1994 Tour de France, 10th in the 1995 Tour, 22nd in the 1997 Tour, and 64th in the 1999 Tour.
José Luis Rubiera Vigil is a Spanish former professional road bicycle racer. He last rode for the UCI ProTour team Team RadioShack. Rubiera won his first professional race at the 1997 Giro d'Italia, winning stage 19. He won another stage in the 2000 Giro d'Italia and was part of three consecutive team time trial (TTT) stage wins in the Tour de France.

Richard Antonio Carapaz Montenegro is an Ecuadorian professional road racing cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam EF Education–EasyPost. Carapaz won the 2019 Giro d'Italia, becoming the first Ecuadorian rider to win the race. In July 2021, he won the gold medal in the road race at the 2020 Summer Olympics, becoming the first Ecuadorian cyclist to win a medal and only the second Ecuadorian in any sport to win a gold medal at the Olympic Games. In doing so, he became the first cyclist to achieve an Olympic road race gold medal and a podium finish in each of the three Grand Tours.
Sepp Kuss is an American professional cyclist from Durango, Colorado who rides for UCI WorldTeam Visma–Lease a Bike. A talented climber, Kuss won the 2023 Vuelta a España, the first American to do so since Chris Horner in 2013. He has also won individual stages at the Tour de France and Vuelta a España.
Pavel Alekseyevich Sivakov is a French cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates. He is also a citizen of Russia and rode as a Russian until 2 March 2022.
