One University Circle is a mixed-used high rise in the University Circle district of Cleveland. It is located just down the block from the Cleveland Clinic as well as Case Western Reserve University on Euclid Avenue. Being constructed on the former location of the Children's Museum of Cleveland, the project is the first high-rise apartment building completed in the city in over 40 years. It houses 280 apartments, including penthouse apartments, a parking garage, concierge services, a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool and a sky lounge offering bird's-eye views of the city. [1]

Lafayette Park is a historic urban renewal district east of Downtown Detroit and contains the largest collection of residential buildings designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. The Lexington Transit Center is a two-story public transportation facility utilized by Lextran and other regional transit services with a five-story underground parking garage along East Vine Street and East High Street east of South Limestone in Lexington, Kentucky. It features twelve bus stalls on E. Vine Street, four bus capacity on E. High Street, two indoor waiting rooms with restrooms and vending, and three clerk booths for ticket sales and customer service, with buses running every 35 minutes for much of the day. Completion of the transit center occurred in 1990 and was completed in conjunction with the Harrison Avenue viaduct reconstruction.

50 Rector Park is an apartment building in Newark, New Jersey, the first market rate residential high-rise to be newly built in the city since 1962. The Pinnacle (Cleveland)

The Pinnacle is a postmodern 2006 completed 181 foot 14 story condominium high-rise in downtown Cleveland's historic Warehouse District. The Pinnacle faces the off ramp of the Cleveland Memorial Shoreway or Ohio State Route (SR) 2. The building extends back for nearly a city block. It sits on top of a parking structure that was built before the tower. It is the second tallest building in the Warehouse District after the Crittenden Apartments.

The Crittenden

The Crittenden is a 195 foot 17-story high rise solid apartment building in The Flats of downtown Cleveland located on St. Clair Avenue. The building is notable for being one of the tallest inhabited masonry loadbearing structures in the entire world. The entire superstructure is made of brick and it is unusual among high rises as it is widely believed it is not possible to make tall structures completely out of brick. Despite the skinny profile of the Crittenden, it is actually quite wide with a seemingly endless expanse. The building was designed by Richard L. Bowen & Associates, a Cleveland architecture firm that is responsible for bringing architecture, engineering, and construction services under one company as opposed to many. It is also the tallest all-residential structure in the flats and the Warehouse District. It was also one of the first residential towers constructed in the Warehouse District.

Lakeview Terrace (Cleveland)

Lakeview Terrace is a set of row houses, apartments, and a high-rise residential building in the Ohio City neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. Established in 1935, the project culminated in the opening of a 1973 high-rise building called Lakeville Tower. The apartment tower is 208 feet tall and contains 19 stories. The complex is notable for being one of the first public housing projects in the country.

The Beacon (Cleveland)

The Beacon is a luxury, residential skyscraper in downtown Cleveland that began construction at 515 Euclid Avenue in late 2017 and was completed in late 2019. The tower rises 350 feet (110 m) tall, with approval from the city council to exceed the city's 250 feet (76 m) limit. The Beacon sits at 29 floors; 8 floors of parking garage, 19 floors of one and two bedroom residential suites and rooftop lounge.

The Lumen is a postmodern, glass curtain style 2020-built, 34-story, 396-foot (121 m) high-rise skyscraper located at 1600 Euclid Avenue in downtown Cleveland, Ohio on the corner of East 17th Street and Euclid. As such, the new apartment block is on the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority or GCRTA Euclid Avenue Rapid-Bus Line which connects the central Public Square with University Circle. The Playhouse Square district is also home to 11 performance spaces; a major hotel, Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square, formerly the Cleveland Wyndham Hotel; more than a dozen restaurants and office buildings. It is the second new apartment building erected in the city center of Cleveland since the 1970s, following the construction of The Beacon in 2019.
