Oroville Union High School District is a public school district in Butte County, California, United States. [1] Schools in the district include Oroville High School, Prospect High School, Las Plumas High School, the Oroville Adult Education Career and Technical Center, and a Community Day School located at Oroville High School. The William S. Hart Union High School District is a school district in the Santa Clarita Valley of Los Angeles County, California. It serves all of the valley's high school students and most of its junior high school students. As of 2022–23, the total number of enrolled students was 22,469. The district's superintendent is Mike Kuhlman. The district is named after William S. Hart, one of the first western film stars, who lived in Newhall and was a local benefactor. Those are picked from the delegation of the Student Advisory Board on Education, a conference run by the California Association of Student Councils.

American High School (AHS) is a public secondary school located in Fremont, California, United States. It is one of five public high schools within the Fremont Unified School District. The school receives its students through the American High School attendance area boundary set by the district. It was a California Distinguished School from 2005 to 2009 and a California Gold Ribbon School from 2017 to 2019. It was recognized as a California Distinguished School once again in 2019. Most of the school body is Asian, with a significant South and East Asian population.
