Oscar Emanuel "Kille" Kjällander (8 November 1901 – 11 June 1979) was a Swedish boxer who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics. [1]
In 1928 he was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the middleweight class after losing his fight to the upcoming gold medalist Piero Toscani.

Oscar Edvin Herbert Zallhagen was a Swedish track and field athlete. He competed in the discus throw at the 1920 Summer Olympics and placed fourth. Zallhagen won the national discus championships in England (1921) and in Sweden (1913–1922), finishing second in 1923. He was also a leading Swedish shot putter in 1914–1917.
William Oscar Guernsey Grut was a Swedish modern pentathlete. He competed at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London, where he won the gold medal in modern pentathlon. Grut was a multiple Swedish swimming champion and received the Svenska Dagbladet Gold Medal in 1948.

The event was won by Pat O'Callaghan of Ireland, the first gold medal for the nation at the Olympics since it started competing independently in 1924 and the first time the event was won by a non-American. Ossian Skiöld of Sweden took silver, the nation's second medal in the event after another silver in 1920. The Americans, who had earned a gold medal and at least one other medal in each of the previous six hammer throw competitions, took only a bronze this time, with Edmund Black finishing third.

He was the eldest son of Gustaf VI Adolf, who was crown prince for most of his son's life and ascended the Swedish throne three years after his son's death. The current king, Carl XVI Gustaf, is Prince Gustaf Adolf's son. The prince was killed on 26 January 1947 in an airplane crash at Kastrup Airport, Copenhagen, Denmark.

Djurgårdens IF Boxningsförening is the section for boxing within the Swedish sports club Djurgårdens IF in Stockholm. Djurgårdens IF is one of Sweden's oldest boxing clubs. The section was formally founded in 1917, but members in the main club had been boxing many years before this. The club has won many Swedish championships in different weight classes.
