Oscar Sundh (born October 22, 1986, in Uppsala, Sweden) is a Swedish former professional ice hockey forward, who played in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL). [1]
In 2006, Sundh signed with Timrå IK for one year. However, in September the same year, during the 2006–07 preseason, his contract was extended to 2007–08. The following month, he was named the first in the line of four candidates for Elitserien Rookie of the Year 2007. [2] The award was eventually won by the forward Patric Hörnqvist.
After three seasons with Timrå IK, Sundh signed a two-year deal with HV71. [3]

HV71, often referred to as just HV, is a Swedish professional ice hockey club based in Jönköping, playing in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL), the first tier of Swedish ice hockey. The team played in the 2008–09 Champions Hockey League season, and also participates in the new Champions Hockey League tournament since the 2014–15 season. Between 2008 and 2013, HV also participated in the European Trophy tournament. With the exception of a one-year stint in the 2021–22 season in Sweden's second tier, HockeyAllsvenskan, where they won the promotion playoffs, the club has played continuously in the SHL since 1985.
Stefan Daniel Patryk Liv was a Polish-born Swedish professional ice hockey player who played as a goaltender. Liv played professionally in Sweden, North America and Russia. Liv played nine seasons for HV71 in the top-tier league in Sweden. He was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings in 2000 and played one season in the Red Wings organization, but never made his debut in the NHL. He then returned to Europe and HV71. Upon his return, he played three seasons in Sweden, then moved to Russia in 2010.
Yared Hagos is a Swedish former professional ice hockey centre of Ethiopian descent, who last played for the Sheffield Steelers in the UK's EIHL. He also recently played with the Krefeld Pinguine in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL).
Kimmo Kapanen is a retired Finnish professional ice hockey goaltender. He is currently working as a sporting director of Timrå IK.
Anton Strålman is a Swedish professional ice hockey defenceman for HV71 of the Swedish Hockey League (SHL). Strålman has also played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Toronto Maple Leafs, the organization that drafted him in the seventh round, 216th overall, in 2005, as well as the Columbus Blue Jackets, the New York Rangers, the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Florida Panthers, the Arizona Coyotes, and the Boston Bruins.

Simon Önerud is a Swedish professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing with HV71 in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL). He has formerly played with Timrå IK and Modo Hockey in the SHL.
Jacob Peter Josefson is a Swedish former professional ice hockey centre who last played for Djurgårdens IF of the Swedish Hockey League (SHL). After Josefson began playing hockey at the age of five, he was acquired by Djurgården's youth organization at the age of ten, where he also began playing junior hockey in 2005. Josefson made his Elitserien debut on 28 February 2008, against Timrå IK, and became a regular member of Djurgården's senior team. His achievements in the Swedish Elitserien drew attention from NHL and he was selected in the first round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft by the New Jersey Devils, 20th overall. Josefson played with Djurgården for an additional season, before signing with the Devils in May 2010 and played for them until 2017 when he left for the Buffalo Sabres.
The 2009–10 HV71 season saw HV71's attempt to win the Swedish Championship title after having lost the previous season's final, which they succeeded to do. It was the 26th season in the Swedish elite league Elitserien for the club.
Fredrik Pettersson-Wentzel is a Swedish professional ice hockey goaltender who is currently playing for the ZSC Lions in the National League (NL).
The 2011–12 Elitserien season was the 37th season of Elitserien. The regular season began on 13 September 2011 and ended on 6 March 2012. The following playoffs began on 10 March 2012 and ended on 19 April. Färjestad BK were the defending Swedish Champions. Brynäs IF won their first Swedish Championship title since 1999, as well as their 13th in history, after defeating Skellefteå AIK in six games.
The Swedish Ice Hockey Coach of the Year has been awarded to the best ice hockey coach in Sweden each season since the 1991–92 season. The award was created in honor of Arne Strömberg, and Kamratföreningen Hockeyjournalisterna is the jury which votes on the award. The award has usually gone to a coach in the top-tier league (SHL/Elitserien), although the award is not specific to the top-tier league.
The Swedish Ice Hockey Leader of the Year is an annual award given to the best ice hockey leader in Sweden each season. The award was first given in the 1991–92 season, and Kamratföreningen Hockeyjournalisterna is the jury which votes on the award. Swedish businessman Percy Nilsson gives out the award since 2006.
