P.S. Zindagi (Post Seismic Life) is Nepal's first online sitcom. It shows the unfolding of comedy and drama in the lives of five Nepali youth from diverse backgrounds, following the April 2015 Nepal earthquake. It was a creative experiment where a small team used their own individual resources and passion to create a fun and self-empowering narrative of the lives of the urban youth. [1] [2] [3] [4]

P.S. Zindagi has won the Outstanding Excellence award for Direction and Ensemble Cast in the WRPN.TV Global Webisode Competition (WGWC), in Summer 2016. This is UK-based global competition for webisodes and TV series from 41 countries. This competition aims to promote and present a worldwide community of Webisodes/TV series. [5] [6] [7]

P.S. Zindagi has also been officially selected to compete in the Marseille Web Fest (October 2016), the DMOFF Festival (August 2016) and the Indiewise Festival (September 2016).

The Nepal humanitarian crisis (2015-2017) developed owing to a lack of action following the April 2015 Nepal earthquake and its aftershocks. It was compounded by political factors as a result of the 2015 Nepal blockade. Victims of the earthquakes were still living in flimsy, temporary shelters more than a year after the initial devastation. The governmental National Reconstruction Authority had not devised relocation plans for these people as recently as July 2016. In Sindhupalchok District, the region that had suffered the worst devastation, the humanitarian situation was a little better towards the end of 2016 than it had been in 2015.

Sajjan Raj Vaidya is a Nepali singer and a full stack web developer and works at Infodevelopers Pvt Ltd. He is a symphony of expressive vocals, intricate metaphors and anomalous song structures arriving at the crescendo as a complete musical journey. And rose to prominence after the release of his singles "Hawaijahaj" (2016) and "Chitthi Bhitra" (2018). One of his most widely known singles is "Hataarindai, Bataasindai". His release, titled "BLYHL", was released in February 2020. His song, "Phutki Janey Jovan" released on 16 May 2020 shows various clips of people during the COVID-19 pandemic all around the world, with a special emphasis on Nepali people. He then released "Lukaamaari" on January 1, 2021. After 3 months of "Lukaamaari", he released his next song, "Ultaa Paailaa". He also released the songs "Parkhaai" and "Naganya Maya" by the time, he released his two new singles "Sasto Mutu" and "Ek Sarvanaam" at the beginning of 2022, followed by a series of 2023 hits: "Dhairya," "Hyatteri," "Aayen Ma," "Nothing In My Head Besides Timi," "Ujeli," and "Suna Kaanchi." Dharmendra Sewan is a Nepali singer, songwriter, composer and performer. He released his debut single "Yo Andheri Raat" in 2002. Sewan was also involved in Melancholy, an environmental song by 365 artists, written, composed and directed by environmentalist Nipesh Dhaka in which the song has been featured in Guinness World Records entitled "Most Vocal Solos in a Song Recording", recorded on 19 May 2016 at Radio Nepal studio.

<i>Bhanubhakta Ramayana</i> Nepali translation of Ramayana

Bhanubhakta Ramayana, commonly known as Ramayan, is the Nepali translation of Valmiki Ramayana by Adikavi Bhanubhakta Acharya. It was posthumously published in its complete form in 1887. It is widely considered to be the first Nepali epic. The prose style of the epic has been termed Bhanubhaktiya Laya since it was completely original in Nepali literature, being the first work. Due to this distinction, the author, poet Bhanubhakta Acharya is known as Adikavi in Nepal.

Kabiraj Negi Lama is a notable figure in Nepalese Para Taekwondo and a successful coach who has made significant contributions to the sport in Nepal. Under his coaching, Nepal has won 11 international official medals, including 3 gold, 2 silver, and 6 bronze. He is a former Nepalese Taekwondo player and the coach of the Nepal National Para Taekwondo Team for both the Tokyo 2020 Summer Paralympics and Paris 2024 Summer Paralympics. He has participated in various taekwondo competitions. He is also the grandson of former minister Tilak Bahadur Negi Lama.

Palesha Goverdhan is a Nepali parataekwondo practitioner. In 2021, she competed at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in the 58 kg category. Three years later, Goverdhan competed at the 2024 Summer Paralympics and won a bronze medal, becoming the first Nepalese athlete to win a medal at the Paralympics.
