The PC-Flight Pretty Flight is a single-engined, two-seat ultralight aircraft, designed in Germany and built in Romania in the 1990s. Few have been built.
In 2011 the aircraft was listed as back in production as the GM&T International Pretty Flight. [1] [2]
Production rights to the Pretty Flight have been held by several companies. It was designed by Calin Gologan and test flown by Peter Maderitch, whose first initials formed the original company name, PC-Flight. This company ceased trading in 2005 but reformed as PCH-Flugzeubau to continue marketing the design. Production rights went to PC-Aero in Germany but PC-Aero signed an agreement in 2002 with GM&T International of Romania giving them the right to produce the design. [1] [2] [3] [4]
The Pretty Flight is a conventionally laid out, high-wing monoplane of all-metal construction, fitted with a single engine and seating two in side by side. The wing is braced with a single, faired lift strut on either side. Its skin is mostly metal apart from the rear part of the wings and the control surfaces. The wing tips are upturned and the fin swept. The wing carries full span flaperons, later replaced with conventional ailerons and flaps. It has a horn-balanced rudder. The cabin seats two in side-by-side configuration. Its tricycle landing gear has cantilever spring main legs and a cantilever nose leg, with wheels in fairings. The Pretty Flight has a ballistic recovery parachute. [2] [5]
While it has been built with the Rotax 912iS 100 hp (75 kW) aircraft engine, in 2015 it was also advertised with the 75 hp (56 kW) Walter Mikron III. [2] [5]
The first flight was in November 1996. Pretty Flight parts were originally produced by Star Tech Impex of Romania and assembled by Nitsche Flugzeubau in Germany. One prototype, one production aircraft and three pre-series aircraft had been built when German certification was achieved in September 1998. A batch of ten production aircraft was established in November 1998 but later suspended at least until the rights change to GM&T; it is not known how many production Pretty Flights were completed. [3] [4] The GM&T demonstrator D-MNPF was the 1996 first prototype. [3]
The GM&T aircraft was exhibited at AERO Friedrichshafen, in April 2005, but was not present in 2007. [4] By mid-2010 there were 5 Pretty Flights on the German civil aviation register but none elsewhere in Europe. [6]

The Aeroprakt A-22 Foxbat is a Ukrainian two-seat, high-wing, tricycle landing gear ultralight aircraft that was designed by Yuri Yakovlev and is manufactured by Aeroprakt. In the United States the A-22 is referred to as the Valor, while in the UK and Australia it is called the Foxbat. It has also been marketed as the Vision. The Aeroprakt A-22 is supplied either as "ready-to-fly" factory built aircraft, or as a kit, consisting of 152 pieces. The kit can be built in about 500 man-hours.
The Remos G3 Mirage and Remos GX are German high wing, two seat, single engine light aircraft, built by Remos AG of Pasewalk. The aircraft is supplied as a kit for amateur construction or complete and ready-to-fly.
The MAI-223 Kityonok is a single-engine STOL ultralight aircraft developed by the Moscow Aviation Institute's special design bureau (OSKBEC) from 2002. The first production aircraft was delivered in 2008. A crop spraying version is under development. The aircraft is supplied as a kit for amateur construction or complete and ready-to-fly.
The Aero-Service Puma is a Polish ultralight aircraft, designed and produced by Aero-Service Jacek Skopiński of Warsaw. The aircraft is supplied complete and ready-to-fly.
The Coavio DF 2000 is a single-engine, high-wing all-metal ultralight aircraft with side-by-side seating for two. Built in Italy, production began in 2004.
The Skyeton K-10 Swift is a two-seat, single-engine light sports or ultralight aircraft designed in Ukraine.
The Millennium Master is a low wing, single engine, tandem two-seat ultralight aircraft, constructed chiefly of carbon fibre. Designed and built in Italy, it flew for the first time in 2006.
The Breezer is a low-wing, single-engine ultralight aircraft, seating two side by side. Designed and built in Germany, it meets both European and US light light-sport aircraft requirements and has been in production since 2001.
The TL Ultralight TL-96 Star is a single-engine, side-by-side configuration two seat ultralight, designed in the Czech Republic in the 1990s. More than 150 have been registered.

The Tomark Viper SD4 is a Slovak single–engine, all-metal, two-seat low wing monoplane with a fixed tricycle undercarriage and side-by-side seating for two people. The aircraft is built by Tomark s.r.o. of Prešov.
The Elitar Sigma or Elitar Sigma is a single engine light aircraft of wing and boom layout, seating two in side-by-side configuration. It was designed and built in Russia where production continued until at least 2010.
The TL Ultralight TL-3000 Sirius is a conventional single engine high wing ultralight and Light-sport aircraft seating two side-by-side. It was designed and is produced in the Czech Republic.
The UL-Jih Fascination, also called the Fascination F100, is a conventionally laid out, two seat, low wing, single engine ultralight, designed and built in the Czech Republic. Two variants were offered in 2010.
The UL-Jih Evolution is a conventionally laid out, two-seat, high-wing, single-engine ultralight, designed and built in the Czech Republic. Two variants were available in 2010.
The Groppo XL and Groppo Trail are very similar single engine, tandem seat, high wing ultralight aircraft designed and built in Italy. Both can be supplied complete or in kit form. The two models differ chiefly in undercarriage type.
The Aviatika-MAI-890 is a pod-and-boom, pusher configuration biplane ultralight designed and built by the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) in Russia in the 1980s. As well as being a sport and training aircraft, significant numbers have been used for agricultural spraying. It remained in production in 2015.
