Boy & Kris was a Philippine morning talk and lifestyle show of ABS-CBN premiered on July 2, 2007. The show is hosted by Boy Abunda and Kris Aquino aired on weekday mornings. On February 13, 2009, it aired its final episode and it was replaced by Ruffa & Ai.

Entertainment Live is a Philippine showbiz oriented talk show broadcast by ABS-CBN airing every Saturday afternoon after the defunct noontime show Happy Yipee Yehey!. The show premiered August 4, 2007 replacing Entertainment Konek and was first hosted by the Pinoy Big Brother hosts, Toni Gonzaga, Mariel Rodriguez, and Bianca Gonzales. In 2008, Luis Manzano was added as a co-host of the show. Due to Kris Aquino's absence in her talk shows in 2010, Gonzaga replaced her in The Buzz while Gonzalez replaced her in SNN. In 2010, the new co-hosts were revealed as Cesca Litton and Nikki Gil replacing them. After SNN ended airing, Gonzalez returned hosting E-Live. The show officially ended on January 28, 2012 and it was replaced by Showbiz Inside Report.

<i>Pilipinas Got Talent</i> Philippine talent competition show

Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT) is a Philippine reality talent competition show on ABS-CBN that began on February 20, 2010, replacing The Singing Bee. It is based on the Got Talent franchise, a British TV format conceived and owned by Simon Cowell's SYCO company. "Pilipinas" is the Filipino word for Philippines. Anyone can join and showcase their talents in the audition. At the sound of four buzzers from the judges, the auditionees are asked to stop their act. With at least three yes from the judges, they are automatically in the list for Judges Cuts, where judges have to pick only 36 acts that will move to the semi-finals. Acts will compete against each other in order to gain the audience support to win the prize money and the title of Pilipinas Got Talent.

It's Showtime is a Philippine noontime variety show broadcast by Kapamilya Channel under ABS-CBN Entertainment that premiered on October 24, 2009. It's Showtime currently airs on pay television network Kapamilya Channel and is simulcast A2Z from Mondays to Saturdays. It also airs worldwide via TFC, and streamed online on Facebook and YouTube via Kapamilya Online Live. A primetime encore telecast also airs on Jeepney TV.

Panahon Ko 'to!: Ang Game Show ng Buhay Ko was a Philippine trivia game show broadcast by ABS-CBN, hosted by the duo Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford from Pilipinas Got Talent. The program premiered on June 28, 2010, and originally aired every weekday afternoons from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM on the network's Hapontastic afternoon block. On September 29, 2010 onwards, the program moved its timeslot to 10:00 AM to 10:30  AM on the network's ' Umaganda morning block. The game show permanently ended on November 26, 2010.

<i>ASAP</i> (Philippine TV program) Philippine noontime variety show

All-Star Sunday Afternoon Party, rebranded as ASAP Natin 'To, is a Philippine television variety show produced under ABS-CBN Entertainment. Currently hosted by Martin Nievera, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Piolo Pascual, Gary Valenciano, Sarah Geronimo, Ogie Alcasid, Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, Erik Santos, Luis Manzano and Janine Gutierrez. It premiered on February 5, 1995 replacing Sa Linggo nAPO Sila. It is the longest running Sunday noontime variety show after surpassing rival network GMA's GMA Supershow’s record of nearly two decades. In October 2015, ASAP became the first live entertainment program in the Philippines to be broadcast in true high-definition picture, the other being a sports program and It's Showtime.

<i>Gandang Gabi, Vice!</i>

Gandang Gabi, Vice! is a Philippine late-night comedy talk show broadcast by ABS-CBN, hosted by Vice Ganda. The program premiered from May 22, 2011, and aired every Sunday from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, on the network's Yes Weekend! block. The talk show focuses on comedic interviews and interactive segments with celebrity guests, and from time to time, also features live acts from various performers.

<i>The Voice Kids</i> (Philippine TV series)

The Voice Kids is a Philippine reality singing television competition on ABS-CBN. It is based on the Dutch reality singing competition of the same name. The show aired on May 24, 2014 replacing Bet on Your Baby. The original coaches of the show is composed of Lea Salonga, Bamboo Mañalac, and Sarah Geronimo. Geronimo did not return for the third season and was replaced by Sharon Cuneta. On the fourth season, Geronimo returned as a coach of the show replacing Cuneta. It is hosted by Luis Manzano, together with Alex Gonzaga for the first season, and Robi Domingo and Yeng Constantino for the second season. On the third season, Kim Chiu joins Manzano and Domingo on hosting duties, replacing Constantino. On the fourth season, Toni Gonzaga replaced Manzano as its new host due to that he returned as the host of the second season of I Can See Your Voice, joining Domingo. Chiu did not return as its backstage host due to that she will have a new teleserye Love Thy Woman.

The PMPC Star Award for Best Male & Female TV Host is given to the best male & female tv host in musical & variety shows.

The 29th PMPC Star Awards for Television awarding ceremony was held on December 3, 2015, at the Kia Theatre, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City and will be broadcast on ABS-CBN Channel 2 on December 6, 2015. The awards night is hosted by Boy Abunda, Gelli de Belen, Maja Salvador, Enchong Dee, Christian Bautista and Toni Gonzaga, with opening number performed by Grae Fernandez, Ataska Mercado, Bailey May, Ylona Garcia, and additional musical performances from Christian Bautista, Klarisse de Guzman, Darren Espanto, Sofia Andres, Rodjun Cruz, Ella Cruz, and a tribute number for the Lifetime Achievement Awardees will be performed by Mark Mabasa, Lucky Robles, Lilibeth Garcia and JV Decena. The awards night will be under the direction of Mr. Bert de Leon.

The 30th PMPC Star Awards for Television awards ceremony was held on October 23, 2016 at the Monet Grand Ballroom, Novotel Manila Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City, coinciding with the 63rd anniversary of the birth of Philippine television. The awards will be given to selected programs and personalities ranging from actors, actresses, hosts and news and current affairs personalities who have made a mark in Philippine television in the past year. The awards night was hosted by ABS-CBN personalities Robi Domingo, Kim Chiu, Luis Manzano, Jodi Sta. Maria, Alex Gonzaga and Xian Lim with Elisse Joson and Arjo Atayde as segment hosts and performances from Sam Concepcion, Jason Dy, and 4th Impact.
