Pallu Reddanna (Telugu : పళ్ళు రెడ్డన్న, Hindi : पल्लू रेद्दन्ना) (P. Reddanna) is Professor at Department of Animal Sciences, School of Life Sciences, University of Hyderabad (India) and Director [1] of newly established National Institute of Animal Biotechnology. He is an eminent Indian scientist in the field of physiological and pathological studies related to inflammation and cancer disease.

The Vigyan Gaurav Award or the Vigyan Gaurav Samman is a lifetime achievement award for scientific research conferred by the Council of Science and Technology, Government of Uttar Pradesh in India. Lalji Singh FNA, FASc was an Indian scientist who worked in the field of DNA fingerprinting technology in India, where he was popularly known as the "Father of Indian DNA fingerprinting".
