Panagiota Dosi (born 1 April 2001) is a Greek track and field athlete who competes in the high jump. In 2023, she became a two-time Greek national champion. [1]

Early and personal life

Born in Athens, Dosi was brought up on the island of Corfu. She is coached by her father who is a former high jump competitor. [2] [3]

Career

In August 2020, Dosi won the Greek national high jump title for the first time. [4] In February 2021, Dosi came second in the national indoor championships. [5]

Dosi won silver behind Elena Kulichenko at the U23 European Athletics Championships in Espoo in July 2023 with a new personal best clearance of 1.89m.[ citation needed ] Shortly after, competing at the Balkan Athletics Championships, Dosi cleared a new personal best height of 1.91m in Kraljevo.[ citation needed ]

She was selected as part of the Greek squad for the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest in August 2023.[ citation needed ]

She competed in the high jump at the 2024 Paris Olympics. [6]
