Panamanian football clubs in CONCACAF competitions

An outline of the participation of Panamanian football teams in the different regional tournaments offered by the CONCACAF. Since 1988, Panama has been sending at least one team to the competitions, the first appearance by a Panamanian team was in 1988 CONCACAF Champions' Cup when Plaza Amador played in the first round.

The best runs for a Panamanian team in competitions was when in 2002 when Árabe Unido finished runner-up in that year's competition of Copa Interclubes UNCAF.

Teams from Panama have participated in every edition of the CONCACAF Champions League (2008–present). The best results being runs to the quarterfinals on five separate occasions. Arabe Unido (x3: 2010, 2014, and 2017), Tauro FC (2018), and Indepediente (2019).

Panamanian teams have also competed in every edition of the CONCACAF League tournament which began in 2017 and ended in 2021. With four teams reaching the semifinals. Arabe Unido (x2 2017, and 2018), Plaza Amador (2017), and Tauro FC (2018).

Panamanian teams now compete in the new CONCACAF Central American Cup which began in 2023.

They have won thirteen championships between 1989 and 2017, making them the most successful club in the league.

Penedo announced his retirement on 24 January 2019.

In Panamanian football, the ANAPROF Apertura 2008 season started on February 22, 2008. On May 31, 2008, the Apertura 2008 finalized with San Francisco F.C. crowned five time ANAPROF champion after beating Tauro F.C. 3–1.

The ANAPROF Clausura 2008 season started on July 25, 2008. On November 30, 2008 the Clausura 2008 finalized with Árabe Unido crowned four time ANAPROF champion after beating Tauro F.C. 3-2 after extra time. Therefore Árabe Unido will participate in the 2009–10 CONCACAF Champions League. Plaza Amador remained in the ANAPROF after beating Primera A 2008 champion Río Abajo F.C. with a 3-2 aggregate score. Therefore no team was relegated from ANAPROF for the second consecutive year.

ANAPROF 2004 is the 2004 season of the Panamanian football league, ANAPROF. The season started on February 13, 2004, with the Torneo Apertura Bellsouth 2004 and finalized on November 7, 2004, with the Torneo Clausura Bellsouth 2004. Both the Apertura and Clausura champion was Arabe Unido, therefore, for the third time in ANAPROF history, Arabe Unido were crowned ANAPROF 2004 champions without the need to play a grand final.

The 2010–11 Liga Panameña de Fútbol season is the 23rd season of top-flight football in Panama. Because of a restructuring of the calendar of the season, this season will contain three tournaments to bring the season to a fall-spring season. The season began on January 15, 2010, and is scheduled to end in May 2011. Ten teams will complete throughout the entire season.

The ANAPROF 1999–2000 season was the twelfth season since its establishment. It began on August 1, 1999, and ended on January 30, 2000. 10 teams competed in the league, 9 of which returned from the previous season and 1 of which was promoted from Primera A.

The 2015–16 Árabe Unido season is the club's 22nd season of existence. The Panamanian outfit will be playing in the Liga Panameña. Outside of the Liga, Unido will also be playing in the CONCACAF Champions League.

The 2015 Copa Panamá was the 1st season of the annual Panamanian knockout football cup competition. Thirty-two clubs from the first to the third tier of the Panamanian football league system participated in this year's competition which began on 5 August 2015 with the first of five rounds and ended on 9 December 2015 with the final at the Estadio Maracaná in Panama City.

The 2017 CONCACAF League was the inaugural edition of the CONCACAF League, a football club competition organized by CONCACAF, the regional governing body of North America, Central America, and the Caribbean.

The season began on 13 January 2023, when the Apertura tournament started, and ended on 12 November 2023 with the Clausura tournament Final.
