Panathinaikos Athlitikos Omilos, also known simply as Panathinaikós, is a major Greek multi-sport club based in the City of Athens. Panathinaikos is one of the most successful multi-sport clubs and one of the oldest clubs in Greece. The name "Panathinaikos" was inspired by the ancient work of Isocrates Panathenaicus, where the orator praise the Athenians for their democratic education and their military superiority, which use it for benefit of all Greeks.
Apostolos Nikolaidis Stadium, commonly known as Leoforos Alexandras Stadium or Leoforos Stadium, is a football stadium and multi-sport center in Athens, Greece. It was inaugurated in 1922 and is the oldest football stadium in Greece currently active. It is the traditional athletic center of Panathinaikos A.C. and has been the home ground of Panathinaikos FC for the most part of the club's existence.
Pantelis Karasevdas was a Greek sport shooter. He was a member of Panachaikos Gymnastikos Syllogos, that merged in 1923 with Gymnastiki Etaireia Patron to become Panachaiki Gymnastiki Enosi. Karasevdas competed at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens, where he won a gold medal for the host country.
Themistoklis "Demis" Nikolaidis is a Greek former professional footballer who played as a striker. He was the forty second president of AEK Athens, and is considered one of the greatest forwards Greece has produced. In a sterling career with Ethnikos Alexandroupolis, Apollon Smyrnis, AEK Athens and Atlético Madrid, Nikolaidis earned his reputation as a "born goalscorer", scoring prolifically for club and country. His power, pace and skill on the ball have been widely praised.

Pantelis Konstantinidis is a Greek former footballer. He was born in Florina. Konstantinidis played as a left winger for most of his career, earning the nickname Svouras for his quick dribbling in his youth. During 2010 Konstantinidis took the position of the Technical Director to PAOK, succeeding Zisis Vryzas. He could also play as a defender.

Melachroinoudis competed for the men's 4 × 400 m relay at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, along with his teammates Stylianos Dimotsios, Konstadinos Anastasiou, and Dimitrios Gravalos. He ran on the third leg of the second heat, with an individual-split time of 45.15 seconds. Melachroinoudis and his team finished the relay in seventh place for a seasonal best time of 3:04.30, failing to advance into the final.
Antonis Nikolaidis is a British-born Cypriot sport shooter. He captured a total of seven medals in men's skeet shooting at the ISSF World Cup series, and shared titles with Costas Stratis at the 1998 Commonwealth Games and with Georgios Achilleos in the doubles at the 2002 Commonwealth Games and 2006 Commonwealth Games. Nikolaidis also competed for Cyprus in the same discipline in three editions of the Olympic Games, but he neither reached the final round, nor claimed an Olympic medal.
Ibrahim Aqil Kamal is a Jordanian taekwondo practitioner, who competed in the men's heavyweight category. He captured two bronze medals in the over-84 kg division at the Asian Taekwondo Championships, and represented his nation Jordan at the 2004 Summer Olympics.
