Paradinomai: I Megaliteres Epitihies (I surrender) is the first greatest hits album by Greek artist Elli Kokkinou, released in November 2003 by Sony Music Greece. [1]
The compilation features many songs that had not attained much mainstream success from Elli Kokkinou's first two albums- Epikindyna Paihnidia and Andriki Kolonia - released under her former record company, Sony Music Greece. At the time of its release her newer music from Heaven Music was topping the charts and had made her a household name, offering the opportunity for her former record label to capitalize on her newly acquired marketability through her back catalogue discography. Therefore, this "greatest hits" compilation is somewhat misleading because it does not contain any of her subsequent bigger hit singles.
Elli Kokkinou returned to the record company in 2007.

Haris Alexiou is a Greek singer. She is one of the most popular singers in Greece and has been commercially successful since the 1970s. She has worked with important Greek songwriters and composers, has performed at top musical theatres all over the world, and has received several awards. She has recorded over thirty albums and has been featured on albums of other musicians. On 14 March 2010 Alpha TV ranked Alexiou as the first top-certified female artist in Greece in the phonographic era, Chart Show: Your Countdown and the Number 3 overall ranking with regards to the sale of the personal albums certified Gold or Platinum in Greek discography since 1970, behind the male singers George Dalaras and Yiannis Parios. Eight of her personal albums released between 1977 and 2003 have surpassed 1.5 million sales, the only Greek female singer to do so.
The discography of Swedish-born Greek singer Helena Paparizou consists of ten studio albums, three compilation albums, sixteen extended plays, seventy-seven singles, four video albums, sixty-two music videos and she has participated in three soundtracks. Kati Simveni is the name of a Greek album by singer Anna Vissi. The album was released in Greece and Cyprus by CBS Greece in 1985. This album includes her signature song "Dodeka". The album reached gold status.
Emeis is a Greek album by singers Anna Vissi and Nikos Karvelas. It was released in Greece and Cyprus in 1992 by Sony Music Greece and was certified gold. It features Vissi's song Den Thelo Na Xereis.
Anna Vissi Live! is the name of a live Greek album by singer Anna Vissi. It is her first live album and was released in Greece and Cyprus in December 1993. It was recorded in Zoom night club, in Plaka, Athens, a place where Vissi began her first shows in Greece during the 70s. The release was scheduled to celebrate the first two decades of Vissi's singing career (1973–1993). The tracklist included live covers of many of her hits so far, as well as covers of her early recordings back in the 70s, as to honour Stavros Kougioumtzis and Doros Georgiadis, the first composers she collaborated with. It also featured three duets with fellow singers Lampis Livieratos and Yannis Siamsiaris, who also served as backing vocalists. Anna Vissi dedicated the album to her daughter Sofia Karvela.

Katerina "Katy" Garbi is a Greek singer active in Greece and Cyprus, with some popularity in Turkey. Her career has spanned over 35 years with over 2 million records sold in Greece and abroad. Garbi's discography is marked by several multi-platinum releases, including Arhizo Polemo (1996) and Evaisthisies (1997), two of the best-selling albums of the decade. Garbi represented Greece in the annual Eurovision Song Contest in 1993 with the song "Ellada, chora tou fotos", taking ninth place. She later struck her biggest commercial success with To Kati (2000) in terms of unit sales. Over the years, Garbi has won 11 Pop Corn Music Awards, including three for Album of the Year, and one Arion Music Award. On 14 March 2010, Alpha TV ranked her among the top-certified female artists in Greece's phonographic era.

Epikindyna Paihnidia is the debut album by popular Greek artist Elli Kokkinou. It was released in 1999 by Sony Music Greece. This album is currently out of print.
Andriki Kolonia is the second studio album by Greek singer Elli Kokkinou. It was released on 4 July 2000 by Sony Music Greece, selling 20,000 units. The album consists of twelve songs, including her two big hits "Andriki Kolonia" and "Na Ta Mas Pali", which gained massive airplay in clubs and radio stations. It also contains a cover from famous hit Pao Pao.
Greatest Hits & More is the first compilation album by Greek-Swedish recording artist Helena Paparizou, released in Greece and Cyprus by Sony Music Greece/RCA on 23 May 2011, although it became available through some retailers as early as 20 May. The album is a three disc set containing 52 tracks since the start of her solo career, spanning five studio albums: Protereotita (2004), Iparhi Logos (2006), The Game of Love (2006), Vrisko To Logo Na Zo (2008), and Giro Apo T' Oneiro (2010). Although marketed as a greatest hits album, it contains all of Paparizou's regularly released singles, including some of their English versions, rather than a selective collection of the best performing songs, as well as several promotional singles and album tracks that have never officially been released to radios. The first disc is mostly a collection of her regularly released solo singles; the second is split into three sections: "International" containing English-language songs, "B-Sides" containing mostly album tracks, and "Covers"; the third is split into "New Songs" featuring "Baby It's Over" and "Love Me Crazy", "Bonus Tracks" with four remixes of the former and a Greek-language version of the latter entitled "Oti Niotho Den Allazei", and finally "Duets", showcasing her work as a featured artist.
Ta Genethlia Mou is the sixth studio album by Greek singer Elli Kokkinou, released in Greece and Cyprus on 9 December 2011 by The Spicy Effect. It marks her first studio album released under the label and under her renewed collaboration with songwriter and producer Phoebus. It also marks her first studio album in four years since Eilikrina (2007). The album has fifteen songs in total, including two duets and four remixes.
Nikolaos "Nikos" Oikonomopoulos is a Greek singer. He appeared on the Greek talent show Dream Show – The Music 2, of which he was the winner. He is the top contemporary male singer in the latter half of the decade with a huge number of album sales.
Ilikrina is the fifth studio album by Greek artist, Elli Kokkinou. It was released on 22 October 2007 by Sony BMG Greece and certified gold certification, selling 15,000 units, and return to Sony BMG Music from Heaven Music. The album was written by various artists, mainly by Tasos Panagis, and her lead single "Lipame Ilikrina" peaked at number 2 on the Nielsen's Greece Radio Airplay chart.
