The Pastoral Measure 1968 (No. 1) is a Church of England measure passed by the General Synod of the Church of England. ^[1] The Measure reformed pastoral care in Church of England, abolished perpetual curate, and created Pastoral Committees. It was repealed by Pastoral Measure 1983 (No. 1).
