Patricia Huntingford (born 12 July 1940) is an Australian former swimmer. She competed in the women's 100 metre backstroke at the 1956 Summer Olympics. [1]

She also won a silver medal with the Australian team in the 4×110-yard freestyle relay contest and a bronze medal in the 3×110-yard medley relay event.
