Paul Raymond Haywood (born 30 March 1947, in Leicester) is an English former cricketer active from 1969 to 1977 who played for Leicestershire. He appeared in 54 first-class matches as a righthanded batsman who bowled right arm medium pace. He scored 1,570 runs with a highest score of 100 * and took nine wickets with a best performance of four for 60. [1]

The 1991 Houston Oilers season was the 32nd season and their 22nd in the National Football League (NFL). Haywood Jeffires would become the second Oiler to have 100 receptions in a season. The first Oiler to accomplish the feat was Charley Hennigan in 1964. Jeffires would be the fifth receiver in NFL history to have a 100 reception season. The Oilers scored 386 points and gave up 251 points. The franchise earned its first division title since the AFL-NFL merger, having last won a division title in the 1967 American Football League season. The franchise finished the season with 11 wins compared to 5 losses and appeared twice on Monday Night Football.

The 2010 Miami RedHawks football team represented Miami University during the 2010 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The RedHawks, led by second-year head coach Michael Haywood and interim head coach Lance Guidry during their bowl game, competed in the East Division of the Mid-American Conference and played their home games at Yager Stadium. They finished the season 10–4, 7–1 in MAC play and were East Division champions. They advanced to the MAC Championship where they defeated Northern Illinois 26–21 to become MAC champions. They were invited to the GoDaddy.com Bowl where they defeated Middle Tennessee 35–21. They became the first team in college football history to win ten games the year after they lost ten or more games.

The 1969–70 ABA season was the third season of the American Basketball Association. Prior to the start of the season, the Minnesota Pipers moved back to Pittsburgh, the Oakland Oaks moved to Washington, D.C. and became the Washington Caps and the Houston Mavericks moved to North Carolina and became the Carolina Cougars.
