Paul Little Racing, commonly known as Toll Racing after naming rights sponsor Toll, was a motorsport team which competed in the V8 Supercars championship. The team ceased operations at the end of 2005, with driver Anthony Tratt retiring from full-time driving.
Formed in 1998 by Paul Little, Paul Little Racing lasted seven years, running a single car for Anthony Tratt. The team used an Ford Falcon EL in the 1998 season acquired from John Sidney Racing. 1999 saw the team move over to a new inhouse built Ford Falcon AU. In 2003, the team started the year in the old Falcon, before a Ford Falcon BA built by Acott Race Craft in Sunbury, Victoria was debuted mid-season. In 2004 the team switched to Holden purchasing a Holden Commodore VY from Perkins Engineering with Tomas Mezera as the enduro driver alongside Tratt. At the end of 2005 the team closed its doors. The New Zealand Touring Cars Championship is a New Zealand-based motorsport category of touring car racing. MotorSport New Zealand, New Zealand's national governing and sanctioning body for motorsport, awarded the category "New Zealand Touring Car Championship" title status in 1996. Since being awarded national championship title status, drivers and teams across New Zealand had raced in what was at the time New Zealand's premier motorsport category. In 2020, MotorSport New Zealand withdrew title status, awarding it to the new TCR New Zealand Series.
Cameron Eric "Conkers" McConville is an Australian racing driver and motorsport celebrity. While retired from full-time competition, McConville still races occasionally and is an in-demand endurance event co-driver. McConville spent 14 years as a professional driver, ten of those in the largest Australian domestic category, Supercars Championship. McConville has also written for several magazines and presented several television programs and up until the end of the 2009 season was the colour commentator for Network Ten's Australian coverage of Formula One. McConville announced his retirement from full-time racing for the end of the 2009 season. He is also rumoured to be The Stig in Top Gear Australia.
The Australian Touring Car Championship (ATCC) is a touring car racing award held in Australia since 1960. The series itself is no longer contested, but the title lives on, with the winner of the Repco Supercars Championship awarded the trophy and title of Australian Touring Car Champion.

Triple Eight Race Engineering, branded as Red Bull Ampol Racing in Supercars, is an Australian motor racing team competing in the Supercars Championship. The team has been the only Brisbane-based V8 Supercar team since its formation, originally taking over and operating out of the former Briggs Motor Sport workshop in Bowen Hills during the 2003 season before moving to Banyo in 2009. The team has won the Supercars drivers' championship ten times, the teams' championship eleven times and the Bathurst 1000 ten times.

The 50th Australian Touring Car Championship title was awarded to the winner of the series by the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport.

Steven Ellery Racing was an Australia motorsport team which contested several series in its home country, including as the Supercheap Auto Racing V8 Supercar team. The team ceased operations at the end of 2005, with the lead driver Steven Ellery moving to Triple Eight Race Engineering for the 2005 season.
