Rosmalen is a town in the province of North Brabant, in the south of the Netherlands. The town is located 6 kilometers east of the city of 's-Hertogenbosch and has been part of that municipality since 1996. Its population is around 37,240 on 1 January 2021. In 2005 the town began construction of a new neighbourhood, De Groote Wielen, to include 5,000 homes and other buildings.

The 2022 Libéma Open was a professional tennis tournament played on the outdoor grass courts at Autotron Rosmalen in Rosmalen, 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands from 6 June to 12 June 2022. It was the 31st edition of the Rosmalen Grass Court Championships and was classified as an ATP 250 event on the men's 2022 ATP Tour and a WTA 250 event on the women's 2022 WTA Tour. The tournament was previously held in 2019 after the COVID-19 pandemic forced the double postponement of the event.
Tim van Rijthoven defeated Daniil Medvedev in the final, 6–4, 6–1 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2022 Rosmalen Grass Court Championships. It was his maiden ATP Tour title, and he became the first Dutchman to win an ATP Tour singles title since Robin Haase in 2012. Van Rijthoven entered the tournament as a wildcard, and he won the title by earning his first five ATP Tour wins at the tournament.
