Peter Lucey was manager of the Dublin camogie team from 2003 to 2006, and again in 2009.

Manager of the team from 2003, [1] he coached the Dublin team that won the 2005 All-Ireland Junior Camogie Championship. The team featured his two daughters, Ciara Lucey and Emer Lucey. [2] [3] [4] He was named "manager of the year" at the 2006 Camogie All Stars Awards. [5]

He rejoined as the Dublin camogie manager, at senior grade, following the resignation of Mary McKeon in mid-2009. [6]

The Camogie All Star Awards are awarded each November to 15 players who have made outstanding contributions to the Irish stick and ball team sport of camogie in the 15 traditional positions on the field: goalkeeper, three full backs, three half-backs, two midfields, three half-forwards and three full-forwards. They were awarded for the first time in 2003 as an independent initiative sponsored by a hotel group and accorded official status by the Camogie Association in 2004.

Ballyboden St Enda's is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in Knocklyon, South Dublin, Republic of Ireland. The Club serves the Rathfarnham, Knocklyon, Ballycullen, Ballyboden, Ballyroan, Firhouse areas. They offer hurling, camogie, Gaelic football, handball, and rounders. They were founded in 1969 after the merger of 2 clubs in the Rathfarnham area – the Ballyboden Wanderers and Rathfarnham St. Endas.

The All-Ireland Club Camogie Championship is a competition for club teams in the Irish women’s field sport of camogie. It is contested by the senior club champions of the leading counties and organised by An Cumann Camógaíochta.

Emer Lucey is a Women's Irish Hockey League player. During the early 2010s she was member of the Railway Union team that won three leagues titles. In 2012–13 Lucey was also captain of the Railway Union team that won a national double, winning both the league and the Irish Senior Cup. Lucey has also played senior camogie with Ballyboden St Enda's and Dublin.

Rachel Ruddy is a senior Dublin ladies' footballer. She was a member of the Dublin teams that won the All-Ireland Senior Ladies' Football Championship in 2010, 2017 and 2019. In 2017 she received her second All Star award. Ruddy has also played for the Dublin senior camogie team.

Ciara Lucey is a camogie player, winner of an All-Star award in 2005.

John Joseph (JJ) Doyle is a former hurler who managed the Wexford camogie to All-Ireland championship success in 2010 2011 and 2012.

Ursula Jacob is a camogie player, winner of All Star awards in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014. All-Ireland Senior medals in 2007, 2010 2011 and 2012, in 2011 she scored a dramatic 52nd-minute goal which changed the course of the All Ireland final and secured victory for Wexford. She was player of the match in Wexford's semi-final victory over Cork and a member of the Team of the Championship for 2011. With a total of 3–54 she was the highest scoring player in the Senior Championship of 2011.

Claire O'Connor is a camogie player, winner of All-Ireland Senior medals in the All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championships of 2007, 2010 2011 and an All Star award winner in 2010 and 2011. She was a member of the 2011 Team of the Championship.

Ciara Storey is a camogie player, winner of All-Ireland Senior medals in 2010 and 2011.

The 2005 National Camogie League is a competition in the women's team field sport of camogie was won by Galway, who defeated Cork in the final, played at Thurles.

Séamus Gardiner, was the 14th president of the Gaelic Athletic Association (1943–1946).

Stephen Rochford

Stephen Rochford is an Irish Gaelic football coach and former manager and player. He was the manager of the senior Mayo county team from 2015 to 2018.
