Pfaffenberg is a mountain in Hohenstein-Ernstthal in the state of Saxony, southeastern Germany. It is part of the Saxon Uplands.
In the 1860s, the Royal Saxon Triangulation operated station number 16 on the Pfaffenberg. The triangulation point is still visible.

The Amer is a river in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is a continuation of the Bergse Maas river from the river Donge near Raamsdonksveer to the point where it joins the river Nieuwe Merwede to form the Hollands Diep estuary, and has a total length of approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi).
