Phoebe Bell (born 22 December 1996) is an Australian female volleyball player. [2] She is part of the Australia women's national volleyball team. [3]
She participated in the 2015 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix. At club level she played for Queensland Pirates in 2015. [4] That year Bell also played one season of indoor volleyball during her first year at Boise State University. [1]
